開online shop 2?

• 我都好讚成你既講法
  我之前試過UDomain個Search Marketing, 其實係幫我Manage個Adword.佢地話佢地有幾專業, 但係出到黎就用返哂我自己寫既Ads, PS: 我一啲都唔專業, Keywords就用我用緊既Keyword Generator黎Generate, 我就係用Adword冇乜效果, 先諗住搵佢地幫我做好啲個效果, 最後係做到呀, 因為佢地出絶招囉 — 將我個Max Bid 加大五倍

  感想: 我就係唔想加大五倍Max Bid先俾錢佢地幫手啫, 如果係咁做到底佢地幫我做過啲乜?

  Keyword Generator, 大啲Tools可以幫你搵啲Hit既Keywords出黎, e.g 我做人造手飾, 我打Jewelry入去, 佢就會話我聽可以用乜Keywords去Drive Traffic
  Max Bid, 依家既Search Engine Marketing/ CPC Program, 都係用投標方式黎決定你幾時出現, Max Bid就係你一個Click願意俾幾錢, 我本黎Set 0.1/Click, 我俾咗成千蚊Service Charge UDomain, 佢就係幫咗我將0.1加到0.5, 個個都知咁會多啲Traffic啦, 但係值唔值得咁買之嘛
• 補充返句我俾咗錢UDomain幫我Mange個Adwords, 因為佢地話佢地係Professional, Start Plan, 兩千幾蚊, 其中有千幾蚊係Adwords費用, 有幾百蚊就係UDomain既Service Charge佢地咁幫得手, 我啲Adwords Fund Consume完之後佢地仲問我upgrade, Business please, 7xxx, 有兩千幾係佢地既Service Charge, 我一聽到就緊係覺得超抵啦, 收錢果個, 咁我咪同佢講: 好抵喎, 我幫你睇嚇有冇電腦白痴既朋友又唔識搞既客介紹俾你啦, 不過你地有冇介紹費?冇呀? 咁你等下啦, 我自己Design個Plan 平過你幫佢地做都得喎
• １）請問要唔要申請商業登記證架及註冊做公司架？
  我的 online shop做了一年後見生意好才呈請用有限公司經營已方便報稅. 其實好多online shop seller生意額好高都是用私人名義經營. 有人亦話如果網上開店 hosting 公司(伺服器)不是放在香港, 基本上可以不申請商業登記. 不過我覺得唔應該, 我認為如果你香港銀行時常有從 paypal 轉數的transaction 就應該一定要 inform稅局(即是有生意啦!). 想呃都唔得. 呈請個牌又唔需要好多錢, 報稅又容易 . (除非是街邊無牌小販).

  ２）是收曬客人錢，才寄貨比客人的？

  
  當然要收曬錢才出貨啦!  當收到order時 paypal 都會即時send confirmation email信通知. 之後 sign in 入自己的paypal account (千萬唔好經email sign in, 因為太多假paypal email) 就清楚見到detail 如 shipping address, Status, amount. . . . .等等. 就可以寄貨給買家.
  
  ３）冇公司地址，人地信唔信架你架，點比信心客人？
  我及好多 online store 都是無公司地址, 我做了多年都無問題. 我自己也經常網上shopping 都不理間shop 有無公司地址, 最緊要是shopping cart 系統安全. 問問題個 seller 又快回答email.

  要另你的domain name 去到你的website 有兩個方法:
  第一: Login 入LowPriceBuilder.com Control Panel  內 click Domain Icon 入去加入DNS information. 你可以click 入此 link 有詳細解釋:

  第二: 用domain forward. (但是我不建議) 這方法可以 login 入你godaddy.com account 內搵到.

• 唔知是否近日好多 “網上騙子” 等錢用, 他們又開始狂發假 email 昆人從 假 email 中盜取受害人 password. 這些假 email 層出不窮, 多數都是想盜取 ebay 及 payal 及 online banking 用戶之password.希望大家 千千萬萬唔好 直接由 email 內之 link log in 入去自己的任何 account 如: ebay, paypal…… 就算封email 睇落好真都唔好信.  如果是ebay 就應直接入 ebay 睇信.   我知仍然有好多人中招慘遭被盜取 ebay 及 paypal password .

• 相信已有其他網友回答了閣下的問題. 就算搵I.T.公司或web deisgner 整他們多數都是用外國公司幫客人買domain 或開 hosting account. 我個人比較喜愛直接用外國公司而沒有再經第三者. 因為我是一名 “cheap 精” 唔想浪費金錢.   所以買 domain 及 shopping cart 系統等… 都是直接用美國公司買.  其實我英文都是不太好. 寫website 內容都要去外國的 chat room 搵西人朋友幫我修改. 中國人大部份都唔需要上網shopping. 所以我好欣賞佩服做 online 生意的朋友可以只做中國人 market 而又生存到. 我成日都講既然做得 online shop 就應該大少通吃, 如果有能力做到中國人 market 就應該做 mine 歐美. 於website 內加入中英版就得啦!
  
• 我經常收到好多 email 是個客 “單方面” 話已經於我website經信用卡支付了錢, 問我何時才寄出貨品. 好多時這類 email 都是假的, 網上騙子用 “fish scam” 的舊招搵水魚. 他們狂發這類email 比seller (特別是新手seller) 希望搵到些水魚 seller 寄貨比他們. 大家一定要自己入去 paypal account 內睇睇 (如果是用paypal) 是否真的有這位 buyer (email 要match) . 如果他們是用 e checking 比錢, 條數paypal 寫明是 “pending” 即是要等幾日才過到數. 如果login 入paypal 都沒有這位buyer 的email. 他 100% 是騙子. 要小心呀! 以下就是我時常都收到的 fishing email : (example)
  Hi, I ordered your product on Saturday evening through your website. The charge went through my Paypal/Bank Monday but I have not received any order confirmation.

  以下是我回答這些假買家用的 emails

  According to my records, I’ve not been able to track your order information (with your name or your email address), please provide us your Paypal payment ID number if you had place an order through our website.

  As stated in our terms of sale in all of our items, we cannot accept payment via PayPal from addresses that are “NOT” confirmed.  You certainly wouldn’t want someone to use your credit card number and have the item shipped to them instead, a confirmed shipping address simply assures us that we are shipping the item purchased to the the actual person that is paying for it, not a third party.

• 如果係咁你唔應該用lowpricebuilder. 你要明白唔係隻隻database都support中文, 尤其係外國既shopping cart, 事關佢地唔識中文, 所以亦都唔會support.
  我見坊間好多台灣香港既shopping cart, 尼啲就一定support 到, 所以我識你要諗清楚方邊度

  不過我又咁睇, 每一件貨都會有世界各地既人買, 不過佢地就有唔同既target price.好似我自己咁, 做yahoo我會放HKD 80, 但係eBay既時候就會係 USD 20起
  所以你可以諗嚇分唔同既shopping cart去做你既target market, 我認為咁會增加到你對每一個market既competition
